Navigating a robust Customer Relationship Management tool like HighLevel can be a daunting task. There are a lot of great support options, and lots of great coaches and mentors. They all generally come with long-term commitments, not to mention some high costs.
And for every coach, there is 100 YouTube channels! So many have great content, but asking questions yields no real help, and often it's not a tailored solution to YOUR questions.
My team and I saw a need for something a little more simple. After sitting with a few dozen agency owners, I started seeing that there were a lot of the same questions, and we realized we can address most of the common setup questions in 1-2 hours.

So why me?
I started my SaaS journey over 2 years ago, almost by accident. I have a degree in Software Engineering and Design, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree (just look at that nerd face, of course I did) and two Object Oriented programming certificates. I was starting to dabble in some freelance work when someone who owned an agency needed some help in their weird "CMR or whatever" platform.

We sat for a couple of hours, they made me a subaccount sandbox, and I got after it.
I hated it 😅
"Who even designed this thing?" (Geniuses, turns out)
"Its so blah looking." (White Label Customization?!)
"There are so many buttons." (Because it does so much!)
"I'm tired of hopping between the different screens, how is this thing even programmed??" (See A-HA moment)
Then, the A-HA moment (we got there quickly)!
At its core, this beast of a program is just a front end (user interface), backend (automations and workflows), connected to a giant database (SQL). It IS Object Oriented programming, my educational forte, communicating with a giant relational database!
That was it. I suddenly understood how it was communicating internally. It's all about the Key:Value pairs! If that means nothing to you, don't worry, it's not on the test. But suddenly I understood its relationship to its own data, why page bouncing was critical,
why page reloads were critical,
why saving often was critical,
why...and on and on.
Long before AI hit the market, I was writing ChatBot style automations, responding to SMS and email channels via workflows and listeners, integrating with payment processors, setting up calendars, setting up reminder workflows, navigating A2P, and a bunch of other normal tasks. Word got out that some admin guy in another agency was doing some fun stuff, the agency I was an admin for shut down, and I suddenly inherited some clients.
Now nearly two years later, we are all still working together, and my team and I have grown beyond our dreams.

In addition to being an agency owner and another agency's admin, I was also a Technical Expert with a
3rd party support company supporting (wait for it)...
